6th International Conference on Cost Effective Use of Technology in e-Healthcare (CEUTEH 2016) has been organised by IT Department of All India Institute of Medical Sciences from 8-10th September 2016.
Ms. Anupriya Singh Patel, Minister of State of MOHFW inaugurated the function and launched SNOMED CT integrated National e-Death Registry. She appreciated the efforts taken to integrate SNOMED CT and for having an online appointment system (Digital India Initiative) which made easy access to AIIMS, even possible from remote areas of our country.
The three day conference will be showcasing the various digital initiatives implemented in AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr Deepak Agrawal, Chairman, Computerization demonstrated the SNOMED CT integrated e-Death note during the function. More than 300 delegates (Doctors, Nurses, Technologists and IT professionals) attended the conference and were trained in SNOMED CT workshop conducted jointly by CDAC and AIIMS. The workshop was to sensitize the healthcare professional in using SNOMED CT in their organisation.
